DESCRIPTION

Front counter (FC) teammates are our first and last impression to all our guests. 

Our FC teammates provide helpful and knowledgeable guest service that goes above and beyond at all times.  FC teammates are trained in multiple areas, including:  guest interaction, beverage preparation, menu guiding and brand storytelling.  As a FC teammate you will constantly be “on-stage” in front of our guests.  You will be working in a lively and dynamic environment using your ability to multitask with efficiency and professionalism in a company that cares about YOU and your personal success.

WHILE PROVIDING AMAZING GUEST SERVICE…

  • You think it’s super fun to interact with guests.

  • You understand the importance of food awareness- allergies and dietary restrictions.

  • You demonstrate Noble Bird service standards.

  • You understand the proper state and federal liquor laws; validating ID process; alcohol awareness procedures for preventing guest intoxication.

  • You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak well. You can explain just about anything to anyone.

EXPERIENCE

  • Preferred: Previous customer service.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Required: Food Handlers Card (required upon first date of training), Allergen ServSafe and TIPS (within 30 days of hire - company paid)
